Privacy Policy

EasiListing processes listing details and photos you upload to generate marketing content. Photos are stored in private object storage (R2). Generation may use Google Gemini when an API key is configured.

Accounts

Sign-in is passwordless magic-link authentication. We store the email address you provide and send a one-time sign-in link to that inbox. We do not collect or store account passwords.

Data we store

• Account email and brand settings
• Listing specifications and generated text assets
• Uploaded listing photos (private)
• Job status for generation runs
• Billing records needed to grant Pro access (Stripe customer and checkout identifiers, Pro start and expiry dates)

Payments

Paid Pro access is a $29 USD one-time Stripe Checkout payment for 30 days of access. It is not a subscription, does not auto-renew, and is not a subscription contract. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

What we do not do

We do not include cold outreach or a Marketing Hub, and we do not sell your listing data.
